Olema Oncology, the Bay Area biotech run by former AstraZeneca executive Sean Bohen, raised $130 million from a private placement and a credit facility of up to $50 million from Silicon Valley Bank to advance its breast cancer treatment.
The biotech announced Tuesday that it can receive $25 million once the placement closes on Sept. 12, with the remaining funds being able to be withdrawn at SVB’s discretion.
