A pair of health tech startups backed by the same VC are merging to complement the services they offer and bring those services to more health systems.
General Catalyst-backed healthcare data platform Commure and workflow software firm Athelas announced Wednesday their plans to combine. The plan is to package Commure’s large datasets with Athelas’s workflow technology and then market them to Commure’s existing clientele of hospitals and healthcare institutions.
