A newly unsealed lawsuit filed by activist investor Carl Icahn alleges that Illumina board members ignored antitrust regulators when buying Grail for $8 billion, failed to disclose key information about the deal and entrenched themselves as directors.
The lawsuit was filed in Delaware Chancery Court on Friday and seeks hundreds of millions of dollars in damages as well as the removal of board members.
