When Progyny went public in 2019, it was one of a handful of healthcare startups braving a largely untested market.
Four years later, Progyny is trading in line with where it started the year and up 93% from its debut. Progyny is a fertility benefits company that works with self-insured employers. It’s a benefit increasingly being offered by employers, and for the full year of 2022 it was a $787 million business for Progyny. The company works with 390 employer clients as of 2023.
