Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR Fribourg, 3 November 2023 AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVS:SW) – Continued organic growth in the third quarter of 2023 AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVIS) announces that it achieved revenues of CHF 710.2 million as at 30 September 2023, down due to the change in consolidation scope and the absence of M&A activity. On a comparable basis, total revenues would have reached CHF 702.9 million (2022: CHF 676.1m), representing an organic growth of 4.0%. At the same time, the hospitality and healthcare operating divisions again achieved organic growth. The Group’s hospitality division MRH Switzerland AG (ex-Victoria Jungfrau AG) achieved revenues of CHF 134.9 million in the first nine months, up by 10.8%, of which 7.3% organic growth driven in particular by the destinations of Zermatt and Interlaken. Swiss Medical Network SA realized consolidated revenues of CHF 566.3 million in the first nine months, representing an organic growth of 3.1%. Due to the change in consolidation scope and the deconsolidation of Réseau de l’Arc SA (ex-Hôpital du Jura Bernois SA) since 31 December 2022, reported revenue was 13.3% lower than in the previous year. The third quarter is traditionally weaker due to the summer break. Réseau de l’Arc SA itself posted revenues of CHF 109.8 million (2022: CHF 95.2m), up 15.2%, including an organic growth of 4.2%.
