In November, year-over-year growth was negative again in 3 of the 5 states, with the annual growth rates ranging from –7.4% in Colorado to 1.8% in Oregon. Growth fell sequentially in four states, but not when adjusted for the number of days in the month. Except for Nevada, annual growth expanded for each state in November relative to October.
