Medicare price negotiations under the Inflation Reduction Act have officially kicked off, but pharma companies with drugs on the list are keeping quiet about CMS’ initial offers.
On Thursday, the agency sent drugmakers its proposed maximum prices for the first 10 drugs up for price negotiations taking effect in 2026.
What’s the offer? Nobody will say.
CMS has said it won’t talk during the process, unless manufacturers decide to take the information public. So Endpoints News reached out to all of the drugmakers with products on the list.
