An FDA advisory committee on June 4 will weigh in on Lykos Therapeutics’ new drug application for midomafetamine (MDMA) capsules for treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

All investigational doses of TEV-‘749 — a once-monthly injection of the atypical antipsychotic olanzapine — significantly improved symptoms of schizophrenia, meeting the primary endpoint of the phase III SOLARIS trial, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Medincell announced.
