As­cend Ad­vanced Ther­a­pies has ac­quired Bea­con Ther­a­peu­tics’ fa­cil­i­ty in Alachua, FL, and its CMC team, per a Tues­day re­lease. As­cend will con­tin­ue to make Bea­con’s ther­a­pies at this site, with the sale al­low­ing Bea­con to fo­cus on its clin­i­cal re­search. Fi­nan­cial terms were not dis­closed.
