The Biden administration’s new biomedical research agency is launching a $24.8 million project to develop mRNA platforms with the goal of using the technology to fight cancer and other life threatening diseases.
The Advanced Research Project Agency for Health (ARPA-H), which was established last year, is partnering with Emory University in Atlanta to spearhead a three-year project dubbed “CUREIT,” which stands for Curing the Uncurable via RNA-Encoded Immunogene Tuning.
