Boehringer Ingelheim is undergoing a €120 million expansion of its facility in Koropi, Greece, to boost production of its blockbuster drug Jardiance, among other commercial and clinical assets.
The new extension will increase manufacturing for its portfolio in cardio-renal-metabolic, mental health and pulmonary fibrosis, Boehringer said in a Thursday release. The expansion will add 110 additional jobs to the existing 700 employees.
