Chronic health conditions management platform DarioHealth is acquiring mental health app Twill in a deal worth around $40 million.
Under the terms of the cash-and-stock deal, Dario paid $10 million in cash and will issue 10 million shares of common stock to Twill shareholders, according to the press release. Twill employees and management will get an additional 2.5 million shares, DarioHealth president Rick Anderson told Endpoints News.
