Republican presidential candidate and former biotech CEO Vivek Ramaswamy, and the anti-ESG asset management company he co-founded, were sued in recent months by two former employees in Kansas and New Jersey.
The first suit, filed in June by John Phillips, a former SVP of Strive Asset Management, alleges that Phillips left his lucrative job at JPMorgan Chase after Ramaswamy misrepresented that the company was well-funded and that Ramaswamy would stick around, according to Bloomberg News, which first reported on the suits on Friday.
