Exclusive: Mental health startup Headlight raises $18M in a round backed by PillPack cofounder TJ Parker

In the crowd­ed are­na of men­tal health so­lu­tions, two Ama­zon Phar­ma­cy alums are bet­ting on a start­up they think can of­fer bet­ter care by em­ploy­ing clin­i­cians in a med­ical group rather than con­tract­ing with ther­a­pists who work with mul­ti­ple tele­health ser­vices.

The start­up, called Head­light, was ini­tial­ly found­ed in 2021 as Sokya­Health. Through Head­light, pa­tients can meet on­line or in-per­son with ther­a­pists or psy­chi­a­trists, and clin­i­cians can pre­scribe med­ica­tion as need­ed
