EMD Serono to move its US head­quar­ters to Boston: Mer­ck KGaA’s US health­care busi­ness on Tues­day an­nounced plans to move its head­quar­ters to Boston next sum­mer. It’s cur­rent­ly in Rock­land, MA, about an hour out­side the city. The com­pa­ny plans to keep its glob­al R&D lo­ca­tion in Bil­ler­i­ca, MA. — Jaimy Lee
