Centivo, a company that provides health plans for self-insured employers, said Monday that it bought virtual primary care startup Eden Health.
The deal brings together healthcare delivery and financing with a goal to drive a better experience and more affordability for patients, and it comes as employers increasingly look beyond one-off digital health solutions toward companies that can solve multiple problems.
