Hospitals race to adopt generative AI, even as regulators struggle to keep up with the risks

Usually the words generative AI in health are followed by a bold claim. The technology will transform some aspect of care delivery, save gobs of money, or automate administrative tasks crucial to connecting patients with timely services.
