Rising medical costs are worrying investors even as UnitedHealth Group posted strong overall fourth-quarter results.
The insurance giant clocked an annual revenue of $371.6 billion, up 15% from a year ago. Adjusted earnings of $6.16 a share over the past quarter also surpassed Wall Street estimates.
