Presentation
A 22-month-old boy was brought to the doctor by his father for a widespread rash that developed over the prior few weeks. The patient’s father mentioned that his son frequently scratched the lesions. On examination, many scattered reddish-brown macules and papules were seen on the boy’s trunk and arms. Darier sign was positive.
