Ribociclib in combination with PDR001 is under development for the treatment of metastatic hormone receptor positive breast cancer and metastatic ovarian cancer. It is under development for the treatment of women with hormone receptor positive and HER2 negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer in combination with fulvestrant as in women who have received prior endocrine therapy.
