Sanofi’s distribution deals; AstraZeneca to supply US and China independently; Merck KGaA expands in China

Sanofi has se­cured three deals this week to sup­ply its med­i­cines in In­dia and Ko­rea. On Wednes­day, Dr Red­dy Lab­o­ra­to­ries an­nounced it will dis­trib­ute sev­en of Sanofi’s vac­cines in In­dia, a day af­ter In­di­an man­u­fac­tur­er Cipla said it will lo­cal­ly dis­trib­ute six of Sanofi’s cen­tral ner­vous sys­tem prod­ucts. Al­so on Tues­day, Sanofi un­veiled a part­ner­ship with SK Bio­science to dis­trib­ute five of its vac­cines in Ko­rea.
