A group of more than 30 life sciences organizations, including giants Amgen, Gilead and Merck, has banded together to push back against antitrust reform efforts and promote mergers and acquisitions as a key for innovation.
The new coalition, called the Partnership for the US Life Science Ecosystem, or PULSE, launched Wednesday and aims to make the case that mergers and acquisitions are key to advancing innovation.
