DA Wallach has an unusual résumé.

The Harvard graduate played in an indie pop band called Chester French that toured with Lady Gaga and Blink-182. He then became an artist-in-residence and an early investor in the music-streaming service Spotify, which introduced him to the venture capital world. Now, the 38-year-old is investing in healthcare and biotech startups at Time BioVentures, which launched in 2022 with a $100 million fund.
