Delivery giants Uber and Instacart both announced new partnerships with health plans last week to make healthy living more accessible.
Uber is pairing its transportation and retail delivery services with the payment platform of UnitedHealth’s Optum so that customers can pay for eligible expenses such as rides to the doctor, medicine and healthy food delivery using health spending accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts (FSA).
